Cowabunga Bay is the latest entertainment offering from Huish Entertainment Group. Started in 1957 by twin brothers John & Jim Huish, HEG has been providing Family Entertainment for over 50 years. WHERE IS COWABUNGA BAY LOCATED?

The park is located in Draper on S. Factory Outlet Dr. (State St.) just north of the 12300 exit.

WHAT IS THE ADMISSION PRICE?

One low price pays for up to 4 hours of fun at Cowabunga Bay or for a little more you can enjoy the whole day. Admission for 4 hours is $15.99* for guests 48” or taller and $9.99* for guests under 48”. Children under 3 are admitted free. You can enjoy a full day of FUN for $21.99* (48” or taller) and $15.99* (under 48”). We also offer special raters for seniors, Military and evening times, see our price page for more details.

WHEN IS COWABUNGA BAY OPEN?

Our regular season runs daily from June 12th thru Labor Day weekend and select weekends in May and September. As hours vary, please see our operating schedule for more details.

ARE SEASON PASSES AVAILABLE?

Enjoy Cowabunga Bay all-day every-day all season long with a Season Pass*. Prices for guests 48” or taller is $99.99* and $79.99* for guests under 48”. Enjoy special savings on Season Passes by purchasing them during our pre-season. See our Season Pass page for more details.

*Season Passes are not valid on Memorial Day, Pioneer Day, 4th of July, and Labor day. Prices do not include tax.

IS OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED IN THE PARK?

We apologize, but no outside food or drink is allowed in the park. Delicious food, snacks and drinks are readily available at the Cowabunga Island Grille.

DO YOU HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES?

Cowabunga Bay is a great place to celebrate your birthday. Birthday packages include 2 hour use of a private cabana, a birthday attendant and ice cream sundaes. Visit our Birthday page for more information.

DO YOU HAVE CORPORATE OR GROUP RATES?

Special rates for groups of 20 or more are available. Depending on the size of your group, you may save from 10% to 20% on the regular rate. Visit our Group Sales page for more information.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?

No, parking at Cowabunga Bay is free.

IS FIRST AID AVAILABLE?

All of Cowabunga Bay’s lifeguards are trained in CPR. The park has a First-Aid station for our guests’ comfort and convenience.

WHAT ARE THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE ATTRACTIONS?

Guests must be over 36” tall to enjoy Mae Day and Double Dogger. In order to ride Mondo, Bombora, Banzai, Hang Ten, Hang Five and Gremlin, guests must be 40” or taller.

ARE LIFE JACKETS AVAILABLE?

Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Sizes are available for infants through adults. Guests are welcome to bring their own life jacket as long as it is stamped with Coast Guard Approval.

ARE PERSONAL FLOATING DEVICES ALLOWED?

No outside floating devices are permitted as they may create a visual hazard for our lifeguards. We do provide inner tubes & life jackets free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?

Yes, lockers are available for a nominal fee.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN THE PARK?

No, we offer a smoke free environment for the pleasure of all our guests.

WHAT TYPE OF SWIM WEAR/DRESS CODE IS REQUIRED?

Cowabunga Bay is a family water park and therefore appropriate swimwear is required. Swimwear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swimwear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear and thong or t-back swimwear bottoms will not be permitted. Cutoff jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, t-shirts and shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only spandex, lycra or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed.

WHAT ABOUT INFANTS & TODDLERS?

Children 3 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Diaper aged children MUST wear an approved swim diaper which can be purchased at the Cowabunga Trader Store.

WHAT IS YOUR DROP-OFF POLICY?

No one under the age of 12 will be permitted into the park without an accompanying adult.

CAN I LEAVE THE PARK AND RETURN LATER?

Under special circumstances, one guest of your party may be allowed to exit the park and re-enter, but it is not our policy to allow re-admittance once you leave the park.
